The SGM66025 is a synchronous Boost converter with integrated load disconnect function. The device is capable to start up from 0.8V (TYP) input, and the input voltage can operate down to 0.6V after start-up. Output voltage ranges from 1.8V to 4V. The device integrates a 1.8A power switch with a fixed 1MHz switching frequency. Bypass mode is also supported when VIN is higher than VOUT.
The P channel synchronous rectifier provides short-circuit protection and load disconnect feature to minimize leakage current drawn from the input source. The device also implements soft-start feature to minimize inrush current during start-up.
The SGM66025 implements various protection features such as short-circuit protection and thermal shutdown to improve device robustness.
The SGM66025 is available in a Green TSOT-23-8 package and operates over an ambient temperature range of -40℃ to +85℃.
